She is survived by: her significant other Patty Fulton; her parents, Craig Buchanan (Marty) and Nancy Hoekstra (Stephen); her brothers, Nathan Hoekstra (Ann), Casey Hoekstra and Jesse Hoekstra (Emma); and her nephew Zach Hoekstra. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
