She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thorpe and Leatrice Thorpe (Peffer); her former husband Timothy Ray Gaarsland; and her daughter Tonya. She is survived by: her fiancé Steven Beheng of Miltona; her children, Todd Gaarsland (Kayla) of Parkers Prairie, Ryan "Hoss" Gaarsland (Ann) of Parkers Prairie and Nicole Bettermann (Grant) of Miltona; her siblings, Gary Thorpe (Debbie) of Osakis, Carol Maxwell (Rick) of Alexandria, Bonnie Nordlund (Steve) of Urbank and Mary Kay Feeks (Randy) of Alexandria; and her grandchildren, Marvin Bettermann, Kason Gaarsland, Callen Gaarsland and Baby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
