He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopold Hoppe and Mabel Hoppe (Johnson); and his brothers, Wilbert and Leo. He is survived by: his pets, Booko and Tipper; his wife Gertrude Ann Landeen; his sons, Brian Bradley Hoppe (Vickie Jo Hvezda) and Kevin Lee Hoppe (Sherri Hohnwaldt); his grandchildren, Cole Thomas Hoppe and Kaitlyn Renae Hoppe; and his siblings, Dorothy Brockopp (Hoppe), Maynard Hoppe (Katheryn Wilke), Arlene Krebs (Hoppe), Ardell Engfer (Hoppe), Donald Hoppe (Pamela Wachter), Arnold Hoppe and Leon Hoppe (Linda Schmidt). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
