We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2020, at the age of 95, Sylvester Joseph Shones of Millville, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Shones of Millville; his children, Kathleen "Sis" Wolfe (Dan) of Owatonna, Larry Shones (Sue) of Millville, Eugene Shones (Carol) of Lake City, Danny Shones (Pam) of Elgin, Roger Shones of Millville and Andy Shones (Holly) of Plainview; and his niece Diane Sommerfield of Pine Island. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
A Private Family Funeral Mass due to COVID-19 restrictions, will be on Saturday, October 24, at 11:00 a. m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church – West Albany in rural Millville, with Father Matthew Fasnacht officiating.
