She is survived by: her children, Maddyson Sowada and James Kraemer; her siblings, Amanda Gunther (Tim) and Adam Sowada (Katy); and her nephews, Landen and Hudsen Gunther.

“Sarah was a wonderful mother to her two children, I admired her love and dedication to them and would ask her often how she had two such well behaved, sweet kids. Knowing her only a short time, and spending the majority of that time caring for her children through daycare, I had come to realize, they are that way because of her. Their kind ways were an emulation of Sarah. I wish nothing but healing in this time of great loss for the family, especially for Maddyson & James.”
