He is survived by: his children, Cory Hagen, Hailee Plombon and Clara Hagen; his parents, Rodney Hagen, Sr. and Mary Simonson (Tim Barlow) of Milaca; his stepmother Lisa Donnelly of Minneapolis; and his siblings, Jasmine Rae Donnelly-Hagen of Minneapolis and Jerrod Donnelly-Hagen of Minneapolis. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
