He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Pollema; and his brother David. He is survived by: his father Julius Pollema; his wife Kari Evensen; his daughters, Abigail and Abby; his stepmother Kate of Milaca; and his siblings, Dan Pollema (Krissy) of Duluth, MN, Jon Pollema (Natalie) of Milaca, Julie Van Donsel (Elliot) of Milaca, Sarah Mays (Daniel) of Arlington Heights, IL, Debbie Pollema (James) and Joe Pollema (Tessie) of Oak Harbor, WA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
