She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Kruse and Letha Kruse (Peterson); her son James Mitchell; her brother Ronald Kruse; and her brother-in-law Richard Lawson.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Rudolf Mitchell; her children, David Mitchell (Deb) of Tupelo, MS, Beverly Mitchell (Gary Vrieze) of Pease, MN and Jeffrey Mitchell (Jenny) of Milaca, MN; and her siblings, Carol Brugger (Paul) of Albion, NE, Dale Kruse (Lois) of Blair, NE and Janet Lawson of Genoa, NE. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
