He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Belanger and Zudora Belanger (Draper); his wife Georgene Kline; and his siblings, Barbara, Rosemary, Marion Molloy, Frankie and Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Debra, Scott (Connie), Victoria and Vincent (Kimberly); and his brother Fred (Jo Ann). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren;11 great grandchildren.
