He is survived by: his wife Janice Amundson; his children, Kevin Lavern and Jimmy Ray; his stepchildren, Connie, Julie, Jay, Lisa, Anthony, Kristine and Joshua; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Amundson-Wilms, Ted Eugene Amundson and James David Amundson. He is also survived by grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
