He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sletten Olson and Ruth Olson (Samuelson); his wife Gloria Lorraine Olson; his son Allen (Becky); his grandchildren, Nicole and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Austin and Casey; his grandson Brian (Gretchen); and his great grandchildren, Anders, Eric and Erin. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.

Memorials are preferred to the Parkinson's Foundation.

He was very easy to deal with because he was a Christian and one of the most honest people I have ever known. A few months ago I spoke to Julius and thought of what a stroke of luck it was to have known him. He was a wonderful caregiver, who provided inspiration to others such as a myself. Rest In Peace, dear friend, and may God bless your family.”
