She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Scheer and Hermina Scheer (Kooiman); her husband Cornelius DeJoode; her siblings, Arie Scheer, Anna Block and Gertrude Haan; her son-in-law Ernest Olson, Jr.; and her great grandchild Ashley Schraut.
She is survived by: her children, Teunis DeJoode and Nella Olson; and her grandchildren, Jason DeJoode, Sheila DeJoode, Ernie Olson III, Linnea Schraut (Roger) and Eric Olson (Rita). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
