He was predeceased by: his father Frank Kollar. He is survived by: his mother Genevieve Kollar (Burnett); his wife Roxane June Dehler of Milaca; his children, Stephanie Dullinger (Adam) of Cold Spring, Julie Ruis (Josh) of New Prague and Trumond Kollar (Jamie) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Aiva, Leara, Kaeda, Madeline, Leo, Charles, Josephine, Evelyth and Reid; and his brothers, Ivan (Maggie), Carl (Lisa) and Roy (Lisa). He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, several nieces and nephews.
