He is survived by: his wife Ethel Adema; his sons, David (Karen) of North Port, FL, Daniel (Lisa) of Milaca and Donald (Jayme) of Eyota; his grandchildren, Jonathan Hakes (Stacey) of North Branch, Mark Hakes of Duluth, Daniel Hakes (Becky) of North Branch, Lindsay Hanenburg (Bryan) of Blaine, Dylan Hakes of Milaca, Nick Hakes of Cloquet and Ben Hakes of Noel, MO; and his great grandchild Weston. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
