With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerrit Veurink of Milaca, Minnesota, who passed away on December 12, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Veurink and Cornelia Veurink (Scheffer); and his siblings, Hattie Veurink, Johanna Kuperus, Henrietta Hubers, Jeanne Soldin and Henry Veurink.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Marcus; his children, Lori Monroe (John), Gary Veurink (Kelly Bemboom), Karla Lueck (Donny), Brian Veurink, Caryn Maalis (Craig), Rachel Weidner (Troy), Randall Veurink (Gina), Kimberly Paxton (Tony Trunk), Shannon Larson (Kurt), Lugene Veurink (LuAnn), Julie Mattson (Brett) and Dawn Van Lith; his sister Carol Droogsma; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Veurink. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
