It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Veurink of Milaca, Minnesota, born in Prinsburg, Minnesota, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garriet Marcus and Anna Marcus (Hoffman); her siblings, Dick G., William, Francis, Calvin, Ann Brouwer and Selma Zondervan; and her grandson Gabriel Veurink.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Monroe (John), Gary (Kelly Bemboom), Karla Lueck (Donnie), Brian, Caryn Maalis (Craig), Rachel Weidner (Troy), Randy (Gina), Kim (Tony Trunk), Shannon Larson (Kurt), Lugene (LuAnn), Julie Mattson (Brett) and Dawn Van Lith (Shawn Fundine); and her siblings, Josie Swart of Prinsburg and Gerald Marcus (Kathy) of Willmar. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 16 and soon to be 17 great-grandchildren.
