He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shonka and Juaneta Shonka; his daughter Donna Shonka; and his brother Lyle Shonka. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Shonka; his daughter Paula Wiltsey (Dennis); his brother Gordy Shonka (Nancy); his brother-in-law Chuck Simmons (Michelle); his grandchildren, Nikki Shutrop (Josh) and Sylvia Wiltsey; and his great grandchildren, Tiffany, Jase, Elizabeth, Astrid and Malikai.
