He is survived by: his parents, David John Beaulieu Sr. and Frances Elizabeth Adams; his children, David John Ill, James (Amy), Micah (Alicia), Jonathon (Summer), Angel (Jobe), Keri and Rana (Matt); his grandchildren, Kai, Nolan, Shawnan, Skylynn, Daryk, Esme, Sylis and Evelyn; and his siblings, Christine Bettinger, Barb Johnson, William Beaulieu, Richard Beaulieu, Bradley Burk, Robin Rowland (Paul) and Troy Carlson (Lori).
