Arlene Rice Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene Rice (Milaca, Minnesota), who passed away on May 27, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gunnar Carlson and Ruth Newberg Carlson; her husband Ted Rice; her son Jere; her grandson Jeremy Zemke; her sisters, Virginia Oleen (Walter) and Mae DeVries (Floyd); and her godchild Tracee Hannon.
She is survived by: her children, Tim (Lynn) of Motley, Randy (Marlene) of Ogilvie and Connie Peterson (Dale) of Lake; her grandchildren, Amy (Brian), Chris, Matt (Cindy), Stephanie (Lydia), Kelsey, Justin (Tiffany), Travis, Morgan (Nick) and McKenna; and her great grandchildren, Lexi, Alexander, Briane, Tyler, Mason, Chase, Jayden, Lindi, Teddy and Danika. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred to Zion Lutheran Church in Milaca, Lutheran Church of the Cross in Nisswa, or Lakewood Health System in Staples.
