He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Niles and Evelyn Niles (Berg); and his brothers, Leland, Jerome and Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Parker; his children, Robynn Sunquist (Ed), Charlene Niles and Gary Paschell; and his siblings, Glen "Benny" Niles and Cheryl Mueller. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
