He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Dave Myos (Theresa) and Dayna Myos; his grandchildren, Isaac, Ethan, Paige and Henry Myos; his brothers, Allen, Dale (Pat) and George Forseth (Lucy); and his stepchildren, Carmen Wilson, Lucy Rosario, Joe Rosario (Marissa) and Catherine Graybeal (Marques).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to DAV of Minnesota or Alzheimer's Association.
