He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie; and his son Duane. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Lewandowski, Jr. and Donald Lewandowski (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Donovan, Mackinzie, Hannah, Johnny, Elizabeth, Austin, Derek and Eric.
