He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, RoAnn Wann (Dan), Marcia Groetsch (Mike), Kelly Bjerkeng (John), Douglas Mulvihill (Shelly) and Duane Mulvihill; his stepson Michael Lambkin; his former wife Lorraine Mulvihill; his grandchildren, Jim Groetsch, Patrick Groetsch (Laura), Ryan Furlong, MacKenzie Siemers (Tom), Cory Bjerkeng (Kailey), Samantha Mulvihill, Victoria Mulvihill and Stacy Billingslea (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Phoebe, Heathe Billingslea, Josie and Gracie Groetsch; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Milewski and Rosemary Schmidt (Arlene).
