He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bader and Patricia Bader; his brother Bruce Bader; and his father-in-law Michael A. Kampmeyer. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Bader (Kampmeyer); his children, Michael (Carley), Alexandra, Stephanie Tripp (Steven) and Andrew; his granddaughters, Evelyn, Emma, Madeleine, Hadley and Giselle; and his sister Mary Olson (Phil). He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
