He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig Baum and Rachel Baum. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Jodi Alter (David), Lisa Dorn (Paul) and David Baum (Karlene); his grandchildren, Joshua (Jordana), Sam, Adam Dorn (Teri), Zachary (Rosie), Jonathan, Rachel Alter, Noah and Micah Baum; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Kylie, Jonah Dorn and Maxwell Alter.
