We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2023 we had to say goodbye to John Francis Jakway of Mendota Heights, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie Gunderson (John); his daughter-in-law Teri Jakway (Tom); and his mother Florence. He is survived by: his children, Tom, Laurie Matz (Jon) and Doug (Kim); his grandchildren, Emily, Tyler, Jennifer, Hunter, Jack, Truman, Audrey and Graham; and his wife Carol. He is also survived by grandchildren, traveling with friends and visiting friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, please take a loved one out to nice dinner at your favorite restaurant and have a Pittsburgh blue steak (John's favorite).
