It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Marie (Wickoren) Howe (Mendota Heights, Minnesota), who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Kirsten, Raande and Christian (Sandy); her grandsons, Jacob and Adam; and her brother Dean (Margie). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews; and her CPUC family.
Like everyone, Janice chafed at the restrictions under Covid, and was looking forward to attending church and seeing friends.
