He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Shade and Frieda Shade. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his sons, Dennis (Angie) and Randy (Becky); his grandchildren, Chase, Bridget, Brandyn, Anthony and Cadyn; his brother Leland (Sandy); his sister-in-law Pam Behm (Russ); and his nieces and nephews, Leslie, Erie, Becky, Jenny, Katie, Thomas and Meagan.
