Ruth Irene Carpenter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Irene Carpenter of Menahga, Minnesota, who passed away on September 18, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nester Komppa and Senia Komppa (Burkman); her husband Calvin; her grandson Travis Friesner; her siblings, Gene Komppa, Arve Komppa, Clifford Komppa, Larry Komppa, Annie Komppa, Hazel Schmitz and Florence; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Komppa, Ruth Komppa and Jack Schmitz.

She is survived by: her children, Rod, Patricia Rauch (Dennis), Marilyn Warmbold (Marvin), Betty Kreklau (Miles), Rodney Carpenter (Janet), Connie Friesner (Clyde), Dean Carpenter and JoAnn Spitzack (Dustin); her siblings, Donald Komppa (Jane), Fred Komppa (Evelyn), Gary Komppa and Linda Levander (Bruce); and her sister-in-law Rebecca Komppa. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 17 great-granchildren.
