She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swinehart and Emma Swinehart; and her brother Kenneth Swinehart. She is survived by: her child Creede; her brother Kenny; her husband Frank Blackmer; her children, Mary Martz (Jack) of South Fork, CO, Virginia Kolisch (Stan) of Richmond, MI, LeRoy Fyock (Claudia) of Laramie, WY, Andy Fyock (Sheila) of Brainerd, MN and Helen Sheeran (Mike) of Park Rapids, MN; and her siblings, Wilma Ward (Everett) of Cortez, CO, Bill Swinehart (Sue) of Canyon City, CO and Jeannie Bethe (Jerry) of Monte Vista, CO. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 4 great, great grandchildren.
