We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2020, at the age of 67, Lavern Duane Nordby of Menahga, Minnesota, born in Perham, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Donald Nordby; his grandparents, Edwin, Esther Nordby, Henry and Elma Hepola; his parents-in-law, William and Rose Huxford; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Welsing and Robert Huxford; and his nephews, Bob Welsing Jr., Andrew John Huxford and Jason Huxford.
He is survived by: his mother Irene Nordby (Hepola); his wife Teri Huxford; his daughters, Tarra Hilde (Kenneth) and Heather Fuchs (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Briauna, Alex, Jennifer and Brooklyn; his siblings, Ron Nordby (Janet) and Diane Anderson; his close friend Charles Richter; and also Scott Richter. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, we ask memorials to be directed to the Roger Maris Cancer Center and Sanford Hospice.
