He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Jerry and Elizabeth Nevala Alajoki Jerry (Sherlye); his siblings, Otto, Impi and Ilmi; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Denman, Geraldine Alajoki, LeRoy Denman, Wilfred Maninga and Walter Karkinen.
He is survived by: his spouse Sherlye Denman; his brothers, William and Earl; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Maninga, Lynne Denman and Roger Denman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.
