She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Tifft and Agnes Tifft; her husband Donald Hanson; her sons, Terry Donald and Leslie Duane; her great grandchildren, Angel Aho and Sklyer Impola; and her half-siblings, Fern, Dolly, June, Dean and Kenny.

She is survived by: her children, Janet Aho (Raymond) of Frazee, MN., Danny Hanson (Carol) of Battle Ground, WA., Randy Hanson (Mary) of Taylors, SC. and Thomas Hanson (Wendy) of Taylors, SC.; her daughters-in-law, Diane and Marsha; and her sister-in-law Virginia Hanson. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 116 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren.
