He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Toppari (Haverinen); his son Christopher James; his grandparents, Everett Toppari, Jalmer Haverinen, Edna Toppari (Hietala) and Esther Haverinen (Markkula); and his close friend Bobby Odland.
He is survived by: his father William Toppari; his wife Lori Toppari; his children, Lissa Usher (Timothy), Terri Franklin (Toppari), Chelsea Toppari, Kaisa Toppari and Elaina Toppari (Daniel Underhill); and his siblings, Jacqui Stewart (Marlin), Justin Toppari (Joni) and Janel Toppari. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
