She is survived by: her children, Wayne Klaphake (Ruth) of Melrose, Linda Wenker (Dave) of Melrose, Randy Klaphake (Donna) of Royalton, Neal Klaphake (Karen) of Melrose, Glen Klaphake (Deb) of Melrose and Jeff Klaphake (Collette) of Melrose; and her brother Arnold Stueve of Freeport.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to CentraCare Hospice.
