He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Jacobson and Alice Jacobson (Wagener); and his sisters, Virginia Guphil and Deborah Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Janet Jacobson of Melrose; his sons, Thomas Jacobson, Jr. (Kimberly) of Eden Prairie, Paul Jacobson (Megan) of Fairfield and Chad Jacobson (Kris) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Thomas III, Elizabeth, Abbigale, Mikaela, Chance, Isabella and Cadon; his sister Patricia Garvey (Thomas); and his sisters-in-law, Beatrice Sager and Karen Oltman (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Little Birch Lake Association.
