It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Thieschafer of Melrose, Minnesota, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thieschafer and Marie Thieschafer; his sons, Steven and Christopher; his grandson Mitchell Primus; his brother Harvey Thieschafer; and his siblings-in-law, John Klasen, George, William, Ralph, Art Middendorf and Edna Middendorf.
He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Middendorf; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Thieschafer of Melrose; his children, Brenda Primus (Melvin) of Melrose, Jessica Clear (Steven) of Melrose and Justin Thieschafer of Melrose; his grandchildren, Sarah Katterhagen (Mark), Jacob Primus (Kelsey), Jordan Primus (Abby), Kendra Primus, Landon and Lydia Clear; his great grandchildren, Logan, Kayden, Emerson, Bentley Katterhagen, Jackson, Kylie Primus and Clara Primus; and his sister Terry Butkowski (Ronald) of Melrose.
