He was predeceased by: his parents, Engbert "Bert" Veldkamp and Joyce Veldkamp (Krebs); his brothers-in-law, Robert Woidyla, John Johnson and Frank Meagher, Sr. (Cliff); and his nephew Frank Meahger, Jr. (Jeff Meagher).
He is survived by: his siblings, Arnold Veldkamp (Cheryl) of Hawick, MN, Cheryl Johnson of Swanville, MN, Diane Meagher of Burtrum, MN, Karen Wardarski (Frank "Coot") of Little Falls, MN, Sandra Posterick of Long Prairie, MN and Robert Veldkamp (Theresa) of Burtrum, MN. He is also survived by 26 nieces and 69 great-nieces and nephews.
