With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Welters of Melrose, Minnesota, who passed away on April 22, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhard Welters and Mary Welters (Beckers); his wife Bernice Welters; his parents-in-law, Henry and Mary Wehlage; and his siblings, Martin, Herman, Lawrence, Albert Welters, Helen Wiener, Hildegard Frieler, Rosie Gregory and Judy Essler.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Welters (Wanda) of Oklahoma City, Karen Kerfeld (Jeffrey) of St. Rosa, Dale Welters (Jamie) of Bloomington, Daniel Welters of Melrose and Polly Jaeger of Roseville; and his sister-in-law Rosina Welters of Swanville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
