He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kemper and Bernadine Kemper (Austing); his siblings, Viola Evans, Helen Hunt, Richard Kemper, Loretta Didier, Dolores Rasmussen, Dorothy Moorman and Raymond Kemper; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Evans, Ken Hunt, Shorty Didier, Roger Rasmussen, Jerome Moorman, Norman Radermacher, John Harmeling and Linus Koopmeiners.
He is survived by: his pet Chloe; his wife Betty Kemper of Melrose; his children, Shannon Kemper (Mary Beth) of Melrose, Stacy Roering (Jess) of Lino Lakes and Glen Kemper (Sara) of Melrose; his grandchildren, Wes Kemper (Mariya), Wyatt Kemper (Angel), Colton, Nolan Mueller, Benjamin, Max and Maddie Kemper; his great grandchildren, Ivy and Banks Kemper; his stepgrandchildren, Jesse and Jenna Roering; his sisters, Marcella Radermacher of Sauk Centre, Adeline Kemper of Tacoma, Irene Harmeling of Newport and Marina Koopmeiners of St. Cloud; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Kemper of Bloomington and Dorothy Kemper of Barnesville.
