She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Goerdt and Loretta Goerdt (Weimerskirck); her husband Francis "Fritz" Uphus; her daughter Cynthia Uphus; her son-in-law Pete LeClaire; her grandchildren, Rebecca LeClaire, Lee Spaeth, Francis Uphus, Ava Fischer and Cassidy Kraker; and her parents-in-law, Edwina Dehler (Herbert), Evelyn Stepan (Fredie), Ione Kukla (Bob), Roger Goerdt, Anthony Goerdt (Evelyn), Joe Goerdt, Ruth Ann Gieske and Barb Spellerberg (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Mick Uphus (Sharel) of White Hall, Etta Kraker (Mike) of Melrose, Toni LeClaire of Melrose, Theresa Kortan (Mike) of Melrose, Anita Spaeth of Greenwald, John Uphus of Melrose, Terry Uphus (Rhonda) of Melrose, Brenda Bailey (Jeff) of Sauk Centre, Paul Uphus (Maria) of Greenwald, Peter Uphus (Michelle) of Sauk Centre and Danny Uphus of Sauk Centre; her siblings, Anita Eskelund of Arizona, Julian Goerdt (Audrie) of Sauk Centre, Rose Uphus of Sauk Centre and Louise Echola of St. Cloud; and her siblings-in-law, Mimi Goerdt of Washington, D. C., Marian Goerdt of Melrose and Jim Gieske of Melrose. She is also survived by 95 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
