He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Klaphake and Elizabeth "Bettie" Klaphake. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Rae; his sons, Shane Klaphake and Collin Klaphake; and his siblings, Tim Klaphake (Teresa), Denise Klaphake and Mark Klaphake (Jody). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
