She is survived by: her husband Harvey Butkowski of Melrose; her children, Deborah Perkins (Chris) of Clear Lake, Steven Butkowski (Kate) of St. Cloud, Deanna Butkowski of Plymouth and Matt Butkowski (Liz Karsky) of Sartell; her grandchildren, Shayna (Gaven Sand), Aubree, Parker Lahr, Jack, Sam Butkowski and Kylie Perkins; and her siblings, Kathleen Klaphake (Herman) of Sauk Centre, Darlene Imdieke (Herb) of Meire Grove, Patty Beier (Buddy) of Paynesville, Joe Kemper (Bonnie) of Grey Eagle, Jeanne Lahr (Leon) of Mayhew Lake and Ted Kemper (Renee) of Melrose. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren.
