It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol E. Berigan of Melrose, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on June 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Charles Berigan (Chuck); her children, Susan Haugesag (Steve) of Valencia, Spain, Michael (Karen Akerlof) of Fairfax Station, VA, Mary Schubauer-Berigan (Joseph) of Lyon, France, Patricia Young (Donald) of Naperville, IL and William (Nancy) of Elmhurst, IL; her siblings, Charlotte Van Slyke (Steve) of Walla Walla, WA, Pamela Christian of Minneapolis and Thomas Christian of Cable, WI.; her grandchildren, Kathryn (Steve Walsh), Sarah, Elizabeth Peters, Liam, Cormac, Kieran Berigan, Kevin, Lauren, Jack Young, Patrick and Maggie Berigan; and her great grandchildren, James and Liam Walsh.
In recognition of the corona virus threat, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, Woodruff.
