She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Athmann and Katherine Athmann (Schoenberg); her husband Art; her siblings, LaVera Schramel (Michael), Leander, Joseph and Anthony; her sons-in-law, George Ritter and Paul Thielen; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Athmann, Kay Athmann and Michael Walz.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck (Jean), Mary Thielen and Jane Brown (Kent); and her siblings, Hortense Walz, Eldred, John, Norman (Marlene) and Vernon (Donna). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
