He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Renneker; his siblings-in-law, Leroy Wochnik, Dorothy Groff, Marlene Richards and John Richards; and also, Bernice Fischbach, Celestine Fischbach, Joyce Boeckermann, Franky Boeckermann, Juanita Schlangen and Daniel Schlangen.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Renneker of Melrose; his children, Joan Gerads (Mike) of Freeport, Jim Renneker, Julie Gerads (Jerry) of Melrose, Jean Kidrowski of Willmar, Jeanette Gerads (Tom) of Freeport, Jill Kurowski (Ray) of Long Prairie, Janice Renneker Zarbok of Holdingford and Jodi Johnson (Doug) of Long Prairie; and his sisters, Marcella Wochnik of Waite Park and Kathy Herdering (Joe) of Freeport. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
