He is survived by: his mother Sheila Petermeier (Butkowski) of Melrose; his daughters, Morgan Petermeier of Killeen, Texas and Emma Ross of Killeen, Texas; his close friend Danielle Kosmas of Killeen, Texas; his father Mark Petermeier (Cathy Funovits) of Cold Spring; his sisters, Candice Beilke (Ryan) of Sauk Centre and Katlyn Petermeier of Melrose; and his nieces and nephews, Bria and Gunner Beilke. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
