He was predeceased by: his father Stanley "Bobby" (Phyllis); his stepfather Chester Jordet; his brother David; and his niece Natasha Strom. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Fjerstad of McIntosh; his children, Chad of Fosston, MN, Cindy Holmvik (Jeremy) of Ramsey, MN, Mark (Danette) of McIntosh and Marshall of Detroit Lakes, MN; his grandchildren, Chassidy (Casey), Kayla, Cortney, Chris (Samantha), Camille (Miles), Corey, Candice (Sam), Chase, Makenzie, Madisyn, Lauren (Dalton), Bryer, Kenyon, Mariyah and Lucas; and his siblings, Julie Paquin (Mike) of Oklee, Joel Strom (Connie) of McIntosh, Deam (Gail) of McIntosh, Mary Schmidt (Mark) of Crookston, Beth Fortin (Tim) of Golden Valley, MN and Terry Strom (Heide) of Erskine, MN.. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
