He is survived by: his wife Marylee; his daughters, Kim (Ron), Tammie (Ray), Sandy (Paul), Kelly (Mark) and Shannon (Kevin); and his brothers, Jerry (Cheryl) and John (Terry). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
