He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip LeBlanc and Clara LeBlanc (Hout); his sons, Joe and Father Philip LeBlanc; and his siblings, Aimee Brotzler, Francis Mayer, Jeanette LeBlanc, Loren, James, George, Steve, Larry and Ralph.

He is survived by: his wife Ardyce Hockert of Millerville; his children, Michele (Kirk), Phillip L, Denise (Shane), Vincent (Kelly), Renae L, Jenette (Rodd) and James L.; and his brother Vernon LeBlanc (Mary). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
